Just got through setting up my new Harmony 880. Amazingly easy. I have a Pronto unit that I thought was great but I set up all of my devices with macros on the Harmony in about 5 minutes. I have not dug into some of the deeper features but so far I am very happy with this purchase.

I have it and love it as well. Have not done nearly enough reading or experimenting with it. It does what I need it to do plain and simple.

I love my 659.
Best Remote I've had.
Still use the PS3 BlueTooth remote sometimes. I like how it works no matter which way you point it or even from under covers in the winter due to it being RF.

I have a 550... it works well but the buttons have a "cheap" feel to them ..... is the 880 better?

The buttons are allright. A few are on the small side but with the 5 minute online setup my wife and 6 year old can now watch tv, a dvd or play Wii with one push of a button. I need to figure out how to add one more command into the setup for watching tv or dvd. My PJ will not come up with the correct memory setting for some reason and I have to use the PJ's remote to select the correct memory input. Once I add this command to the macro I will be all set.

I bought a 880 for the wife/kids to use in the family room ( mother in law can now turn on the system to watch a DVD when babysitting!!) I have 2 peeves: the layout/size of the play/FFD etc is too small and non standard. and with the original older receiver I was using the macros would sometimes forget to shut down the receiver after watching a dvd ( it would shut down after watching TV or listening to music.....
small potatos....
by far the best remote she has ever had.
I have a HTM for my toys!!

I have and 880 and since upgraded to the 1000 with RF. I'm 100% satisfied with the unit now. can't think of a way to improve it - rare.
Actually I need to get that 880 in the buy&sell forum as it is just collecting dust.
