In the "WOKKA SAKi" brand name, yes. But on the front page they say "WOKKA SAKI is a blend of micro distilled grain vodka, fine Japanese saki and a subtle flavor of Asian fruit." That's not a trademarked use of "saki." I think they just forgot how to spell it right. (They seem to be a bit spelling-challenged anyway. On the News page there's a headline "WOKKA SAKi creater nominated for Entrepeneur of the Year" -- two misspellings in one headline!)
