G70 Factory Default Registration and "Not Applicable&qu

Several folks helped with the first layer of my problem, and I am able to enter "Service Control" mode with my G70.

Now when I try to set the registration to factory default, ( or any other service function ) I get "Not Applicable" across the bottom of my screen.
