All 3 tubes flicker (get slightly dimmer for split second) in unison. This is intermittant but often enough to be annoying for sure.
I tried swapping out the HVPS (2 of them) and the LVPS. Also swapped out CLM. Nothing yet fixed it. Any ideas?

Hello
Check your line voltage at the wall outlet, and make sure you are not putting too much load on any one circuit breaker. Do you see flicker from more than one signal source?

So using a DVM what would we be looking for Tim....large fluctuations or, lower than ~120VAC? Wouldn't the PS's smooth out erratic fluctuations?
Would a bad or missing ground cause something like this? I have had the same problem a few times over the years. Not often enough or long enough to track it down effectively.
It's almost like watching an old hand cranked B&W silent film when it does it.
I haven't gone as far as trying different PS's but I did pull the outlets to make certain they were wired correctly and had a good ground. The DVM zero'd (tone) when testing with one lead connected to the water main piping. I didn't try at the ground at the panel from the grounding rod outside the house.
I wish I had and knew how to use an O scope. Someday.

Hello
You want to look for dips in line voltage. I had some problems here last year and discovered I had 22 amps of gear on One 15 amp breaker! We ended up putting some livingroom outlets on a bedroom circuit to spread the load. One of the LR wall outlets was singed, so I went to hospital grade outlets.

I hope this is related and doesnt take your post off topic. I get blanking .. what I call blinking. I can even reproduce it. If I turn on an amp, lower the electric screen, even some lights the projector will blank for a second.
I get this even if the projector is on its own circuit or plugged into a UPS?
any ideas guys?
