What kind of input can be run into barco's port 3 on a 1209s? Is it rgbhv in a db-9 connector or can it accept component?

So component only goes thru port 5? or does that make it port 4? Can I make a short adapter to run the hdfury into port 3 and open up port 4/5 to component?

can I use port 3 for a connection to my pc with just a cable that is wired correctly?
and run whatever resolution the video card (nvidea 8600gt) is capable of?
How good will the cable have to be? I have about 20 ft between the pc and the pj.

There are 650 pages on the main site. Not surprising. Wink

How good is the cable going to need to be for a 20ft run and max resolution? I know it says high quality but is there a spec? Can I use a standard computer video cable or will it need extra shielding, etc?

1) The RTC2200 has noticeably superior component transcoding to what his built into your PJ. I and others have compared, the difference is not minor.
2) Don't use port 3, port 5 is way better on yours.
