I dunno if its over the top... it's definitely not "a" site disneyland material.
My issue is, the chick is a little flabby, and has a jailhouse ankle tattoo.

Moderators over at AVS (or any forum for that matter) cannot ban users so it wasn't Mike (Kysersose). They can only edit/remove/lock threads or posts. So it had to Alan or someone else who does forum administration.
The test of the ban email is funny because it's a form letter that's auto-generated. The person didn't write the letter, they simply enter the information into the 3 or 4 fields and an automatic email is sent.

For the A site, absolutely it's over the top. Trust me, there are times when link a newbie to the forum here from eBay or elsewhere and I wonder if that was a smart thing to do..
