AnalogRocks, you may be right.
checked the lens, only thing on them is a label with serial number? and "Made in Japan", and NEC in raised letters. They are dusty but no major scratches.

No, these aren't useable on any other set. Some smallish 7" LC lens. Useless, sorry guys!
