Upper pulley and cable for top/bottom panels
Title: Upper pulley and cable for top/bottom panels
Description: Probably hard to tell what this is but it's the top pulley for the horizontal panels. The cable coming down on the left attaches to the top panel and the cable coming down on the right attaches to the bottom panel.
